4/8/2026 Thinking I'll brew this beer soon. Maybe the next one after Chelsea Dagger.
4/28/2026 Ordered ingredients from Tom's Brew Shop today. It is looking like this will be my Big Brew Day brew.
5/2/2026 Big Brew Day. The wife is the Brew Master today. Until she deserts me for an open house.
5/3/2026 Brew day went pretty well. Low OG, but in think maybe some of that is the mango. Took most of the day for fermentation to really get going but it is rocking now
5/7/2026 Bubbling has stopped, and it looks clear enough that I could transfer to mango puree any time. The calendar says to it Saturday. Might do it early.
